Getting rid of the diet mindset
Helloooo!! I wanted to thankyou for everything you have done! I have had an amazing week and the biggest achievement for me was LOSING 2 KGS. Overcoming guilt and fixing emotional eating for Abha
My name is Abha Mavle. After 2 and a half months of the program, I feel like I have learnt a lot about my body, the things it needs and those it doesn’t. After not eating refined flour this whole period I don’t feel like going back to it anymore. The only day that I ate it, it took my body a while to digest it. With more protein and fiber in my diet I don’t feel like snacking too much anymore. My bowel movements are better too and that makes me happy because you need to take a goof dump for it to be a good day 😂. Eating whats good for me have had a positive effect on my mood too. It was a bit difficult to break my old habits in the beginning but I am very grateful that I did this because I kept wallowing in guilt with me old habits. I also discovered through this program that I have emotional and stress eating patterns which I am aware off now and working on too. I haven’t gone back to my old habits and know that I might crave things but that would only satisfy my taste buds and my body would be doing all the hard work later. Changing Her Relationship With Food And Dropping 11kgs
I had come to Jiah after I met her at a networking mixer. We connected later and I expressed to her my desire to lose weight. She said she doesn’t work around weight loss, but she can help me work on my lifestyle and relationship with food. It wasn’t what I was looking for but her warm and charismatic personality led me to sign up for her program anyway She told me not to look at the weighing scale till 2 months into the program. My belching and burping issues have drastically reduced, and I don’t need the laxatives that had been prescribed by my gastro anymore. I can’t believe I was on it for 5 years!
